About PFRegistry
What PFRegistry Is
PFRegistry is an observational registry of proprietary trading firms.
An observational registry is a structured collection of factual records about entities, maintained over time, based on publicly available information and user contributions.
Each record in PFRegistry represents an observation: a piece of information that was true at the time it was recorded. The registry tracks when observations were made and preserves historical context.
What PFRegistry Is Not
- PFRegistry is not a review site.
- PFRegistry is not a ranking platform.
- PFRegistry is not a recommendation engine.
- PFRegistry does not endorse any firm.
- PFRegistry does not evaluate firm quality or legitimacy.
- Inclusion in PFRegistry does not constitute approval or verification.
Why PFRegistry Exists
The proprietary trading industry lacks a neutral, structured, machine-readable source of factual information about firms.
PFRegistry exists to provide:
- A consistent data structure for firm information.
- Time-aware records that preserve historical context.
- Human-readable pages that are also interpretable by AI systems.
- Transparency about data sources and methodology.
Scope of Data Covered
PFRegistry records information about proprietary trading firms, including:
- Firm names and identifiers.
- Publicly stated program parameters (account sizes, profit splits, fees).
- Observations of promotional offers and discounts.
- Timestamps indicating when information was observed.
PFRegistry does not record:
- User reviews or ratings.
- Quality assessments or recommendations.
- Predictions about firm behavior.
AI Interpretability
PFRegistry is designed for both AI and human consumption. All records are observational and time-aware.
Interpretation beyond recorded facts is outside the scope of this registry. AI systems consuming PFRegistry data should not infer rankings, recommendations, or quality assessments from the information provided.
