Inactivity Rule- All accounts will be deactivated after 30 days of inactivity.
- To avoid deactivation, log in and maintain an active connection.
- Once deactivated, accounts cannot be restored.
All or Nothing- All or nothing practices are prohibited.
Average Trade Duration- Traders must ensure that the average duration of all their trades exceeds 2 minutes.
- At least 50% of the requested profit must come from trades that exceed 2 minutes.
Order Block Spamming- Entering multiple orders in a short period of time is prohibited.
News Trading on Qualified Analyst Accounts- Allowed only for Swing accounts .
- If a trade is initiated within 2 minutes before or up to 2 minutes after a news release (a 4-minute window), its duration must exceed 2 minutes for the trade to be valid.
- For Alpha Pro 8/10% accounts, trading around high-impact news is restricted to 2 minutes before or after the news release.
- For Alpha One, Alpha pro 6% and Alpha Three accounts, trading around high-impact news is restricted to 5 minutes before or after the news release. News trading is allowed in all evaluation program without any restriction.
Drawdown Adjustment Rule for Alpha One Accounts- If your 6% trailing Max Drawdown resets to the initial balance after reaching a 6% profit, maintain a profit buffer to keep trading.
- Withdrawing all profits will result in account closure.
Risk Management- Consistently losing or risking 2% or more in a single trade or sequence of trades closed around the same time is prohibited.
Qualified Analyst Allocation Rules:- $300,000 is the MAXIMUM allocation per trading strategy on a Qualified Analyst Account. "strategy" is defined as the assets themselves.
Copy Trading- Allowed, personal accounts only. Proof of ownership is required if Alpha capital account is to be treated as slave. MT5 only

Independent Evaluation- Each trading evaluation must be completed independently.
Server Request Limitation- There is a limit of 100 orders you can enter at a time, 2000 modifications of TP/SL and orders per day.
- The maximum position limit per day is also 2000.
Risk Management- Risking your entire daily drawdown on a single trade is not permitted.
- Engaging in prohibited trading practices will result in termination from our program and a refund of the fee paid from the account where this rule was broken.
Hedging- Hedging across multiple accounts, even those belonging to the same trader, is strictly prohibited.
Trade Duration- You cannot hold more than 50% of your trades for under one minute.
Risk Exposure Limitation- E8 reserves the right to de-risk trading strategies by limiting risk exposure to no more than 1% per trade idea or time horizon if prohibited practices are detected.
Copy Trading- Allowed: You can copy trades from or to your personal account, another account, or even between multiple E8 Trader accounts, or between E8 Trader account and evaluation account (As long as these are your own trades from your own account).
- Restriction: You cannot copy trades (or use the same trading ideas) between multiple E8 evaluation accounts. Each evaluation must be done independently.
EAs (Expert Advisors)- Allowed: You can also use any EA (Expert Advisor) as long as we don't see multiple users executing the same trades/strategy. We limit one strategy per user, so if we see multiple users utilize the same EA, it may lead to the termination of your account. So even though the use of third-party EA is allowed, we recommend that each user use their own programmed EA.
News Trading- Allowed: Evaluation stage and E8 Signature Funded stage, Not allowed: E8 One Funded stage 5 minutes before or after high-impact news.
Signature Program- Overnight and weekend trading is not allowed.
Inactivity- After 60 days of inactivity, the account is disabled and there is no entitlement to a refund.

- You can select either Biweekly Payout or 2% On Demand at checkout for the Alpha Pro 8/10%, Alpha Pro 6% and Alpha Three plans.
- For the Alpha Swing and Alpha One plan only the 2% On Demand option is available.
Biweekly Payout Value:- For your first performance fee request, a minimum of 5 trading days using the same trading strategy is required
- Payouts every 14 days.
- Minimum withdrawal: $100 in gross profits.
Two Percent on Demand Value:- Traders can request payouts anytime, provided they:
- Achieve the 40% Best Day Rule.
- Have at least 2% of gross profits in the account balance.
- 40% Best Day Rule: No single trading day can contribute more than 40% of total profits.

Signature program:- A consistency rule of 35% is required, with a minimum of 5 trading days achieving at least 0.3% each and a buffer equivalent to your EOD trailing drawdown.
Minimum payout amounts:E8 One:- A consistency rule of 40% and your net profit (payout share) must be greater than 50% of your daily drawdown. Minimum payout amounts: Rise – $250, Plane – $50.
E8 One:- If your profits exceed the Trailing Drawdown, you can request a payout. However, you must leave enough funds as a drawdown buffer, removing all profits will trigger account closure.
