All trades must be closed by 3:45 PM EST on Fridays. Any open trades will be automatically closed, resulting in a soft breach. Trading can resume when markets reopen.
Excessive risk-taking is not allowed.
Using one strategy to pass the assessment and a different strategy in the funded stage is prohibited.

Inactivity & Breach Policies

Traders must place at least one trade every 30 days to remain active. Failure to do so results in an account breach.
If a hard breach occurs while you have gains in your Funded Account, you will still receive your portion of those gains.

Copy Trading & EAs

Copy trading is allowed, but trades must be your own.
Copying trades from your personal account to Ment Funding or between your own Ment Funding accounts is acceptable.
Risk management and trade management EAs are allowed.

News Trading

During these events, traders are restricted from opening new positions within a 6-minute window – 3 minutes before and 3 minutes after the event. However, you can still manage existing trades, including closing positions, adjusting stop-losses, or moving trailing stops.
